You may not know that prostate cancer is the most common cancer in man in this country and the develop society, there are about two hundred thousand or more cases as diagnose every year.

 you may have worried about prostate cancer, its sometime growing slowly or sometime fast growing in men. 

Between five thousand men died in this country from prostate cancer. Many of the death are preventable from prostate cancer; if detected early.

The prostate gland is one of the male reproductive organ, the prostate gland primary functions during younger years is reproduction and sexual function. 

As men ages it will become a problem organ, luckily for some men it does not bother then that much and for some it’s a big problem.

One of the problems of prostate cancer is that its grows larger and it can cause blockage problems and cause urinary obstructive symptoms. 

The prostate glands however also has the risk to become cancerous; cancer cell can develop in the prostate gland and it can grow and spread from within the prostate and outside other organ of the body.

it is important to know the stage of the cancer, or how far it has spread. Knowing the cancer stage helps the doctor define prognosis - it also helps when selecting which therapies to use.

Difficulty urinating or trouble starting and stopping while urinating.

More frequent urges to urinate at night.

Loss of bladder control.

Decreased flow or velocity of urine stream.

Blood in urine (hematuria)

Incontinence.

An inability to urinate despite urges to go.

Delayed urination.

Straining during urination.


What to do to prevent prostate cancer

There's no proven prostate cancer prevention strategy. But you may reduce your risk of prostate cancer by making healthy choices, such as exercising and eating a healthy diet, supplement, dietary modifications.

Choose a low-fat diet.
Foods that contain fats include meats, nuts, oils and dairy products, such as milk and cheese.

To reduce the amount of fat you eat each day, limit fatty foods or choose low-fat varieties.

 For instance, reduce the amount of fat you add to foods when cooking, select leaner cuts of meat, and choose low-fat or reduced-fat dairy products.

Eat more fat from plants than from animals.

Animal products that contain fats include meat, lard and butter.
You might consider using plant-based fats instead of animal fats. 
For instance, cook with olive oil rather than butter. Sprinkle nuts or seeds on your salad rather than cheese.
Increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat each day.

Fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins and nutrients that are thought to reduce the risk of prostate cancer, though research hasn't proved that any particular nutrient is guaranteed to reduce your risk.

Eating more fruits and vegetables also tends to make you have less room for other foods, such as high-fat foods.
Eat fish.

Fatty fish  such as salmon, tuna and herring contain omega-3 fatty acids, a type of fatty acid that has been linked to a reduced risk of prostate cancer. If you don't currently eat fish, you might consider adding it to your diet.

Reduce the amount of dairy products you eat each day.

Men who ate the most dairy products such as milk, cheese and yogurt each day had the highest risk of prostate cancer. But study results have been mixed, and the risk associated with dairy products is thought to be small.
